  1. This tells you when PrintMonitor received the print request for the selected file.

  3. This area displays information about the file you are printing.

  5. This box displays the names of files waiting to be printed. The file at the top of the list will be printed next. Unless you have set a print time for an item, you can change the order of items in the list by dragging them.

  7. This box shows the name of the file currently printing and the name of the printer.
